Must 2nd daily Commuinion be for a special reasom

Friends in Christ -

I need to know-- must 2nd daily Commuinion be for a special reasom, such as a Wedding or ordination or similar?

A Priest I know says yes.

I say no.
I say 2nd daily Communion is always allowed
and good if a person is properly disposed
(no mortal sin) and if one attends the
full Mass.

This is a very serious argument.

I need official Church document references.

Please help ASAP.
