Must all male Catholics be circumcised?

In Genesis 17:13-14
God said that all must be circumcised the 8th day after birth. We didn’t do that for our sons because we didn’t know at that time . Does that mean we didn’t follow God convenant? Are all catholic boys required to be circumcised?
