Hello,
I was baptized as a Southern Baptist many years ago, however, I have been attending catholic church the last 14 years ( my wife is catholic ). I have never taken communion but I do pray and am fulfilled each Sunday. I have studied the catholic faith on my own for many years and know this is where I belong. The yearning to become a member of the Church needs to be complete for me. Question, Is RCIA a requirement: I want to be come a member of the Catholic Church this season of lent 2013 ? Thank you for your time today.
