Must I only confess to my parish priest?

Am I only allowed to make confession of my sins to my regular parish Priest, or am I allowed to confess to another Priest, such as when I am on holiday away from home?
 
Dear friend,

There are no restrictions as to which priest you must confess. You are free to choose your confessor.
