Must married priests live celibately?

I have heard that Episcopal ministers who are married and have children and convert to the Catholic faith can become priests. Is this true? I have also heard that if they do, then they must live celibately. Is this true?

No. Married Protestant clergy who convert to the Catholic Church and desire priestly ordination must receive a dispensation from the celibacy requirement. Once properly dispensed, they may be ordained and may continue to live as husbands to their wives. However, should his wife
pre-decease him, a married priest may not remarry.
