Must my husband fire these employees?

Please help!!! My husband is in a terrible situation that needs to be resolved very quickly!

Are you obligated to fire 2 employees if they are having an affair ON WORK TIME? What is your obligation to their families etc. My Dear Husband is in this situation (employer), he does not have these people on a moral clause in their contract (employees). Do you think he is OBLIGATED to fire them? What would be a prudent thing to do?
 
Hi,

Your husband is not obligated to fire any employees simply because they are sinning–nor should he. Morality is an interior matter. If such behavior is affecting work, then it is a work matter and the supervisor or employer has competence in that area.
