Tessa will be remembered in my daily masses starting tomorrow. She sounds like a very special little girl.
 
You and your daughter are in my prayers. I will pray for continued strength and the ability to stand firm during this time. Its hard to watch so much happen to one little girl.

Most Glorious Jesus, together with the Father and Holy Spirit in the Holy Trinity, bless and keep this family that they may always find joy and happiness, peace and hope in their troubled times. May the girl find healing through the intercession of Our Lady and all the Saints and Angles in heaven. Amen.

I know the situation. My little cousin had MPS (kinda like cancer) we thought he would die by age 10, but by the powerful prayers of our church parish, he is alive and well now. Just trust in Jesus Christ!
 
I am very sorry to hear that. It is horrible for her to have to go through this. Your family and Tessa will be in my prayers.
 
Dear Loving and Merciful God,

I come before you today to ask for your blessings and healing upon Tessa in her infirmity. You, who removes us from the heaviness of sin and sickness, are God, and I ask that you would remove the sickness of your daughter, heavenly father, that she might be healed from all that afflicts her. I ask this in the name of your loving Son Jesus the Christ!

O great St. Peregrine, you have been called “The Mighty,” “The Wonder-Worker,” because of the numerous miracles which you have obtained from God for those who have had recourse to you. For so many years you bore in your own flesh this cancerous disease that destroys the very fiber of our being, and who had recourse to the source of all grace when the power of man could do no more. You were favored with the vision of Jesus coming down from His Cross to heal your affliction. Ask of God and Our Lady, the cure of the sick whom we entrust to you, Tessa.
Aided in this way by your powerful intercession, we shall sing to God, now and for all eternity, a song of gratitude for His great goodness and mercy. Amen.
