My Anxiety and Depression

Merciful God please respond with blessings to the pain and felt in the heart and mind of this person suffering from anxiety and depression.
Only God truly understands what each one suffers, sometimes with an silent inner scream that no one else can hear.
Please flood this person. and all who are suffering anxiety and depression with Your light, Your love, Your healing.

(Please also inspire them with the motivation for healthy diet, enough sleep, and sufficient exercise to relieve some of the stress)

Had my worst anxiety attack in over a month an hour ago or so ago. Hit rock bottom real quick, talked with a friend during it. It helped a lot. Thank you for the prayers

O Lady of Mental Peace,

Mother of Tranquility

and Mother of Hope,

look upon GospelOfMathew in this time

of weakness and unrest.

Teach her searching heart

to know that God’s Love

for her is unchanging and

unchangeable, and, that

true human love can only

begin and grow by touching

His Love.

Let your gentle Peace -

which this world cannot give
  • be always with her.
And, help her to bring this

God of love, may I come quickly to thee, when I am in need of protection and sympathy. Guard me against sorrow that is drawn from the imagination. May I not allow grief to drag me into misery, but with strength and courage may I find happiness in thy daily will.

Dear Lord,
I need you now because I am full of stress and anxiety. Reading your Word brings comfort, as I ask you to come and take my heavy burdens. I take each burden, one by one, and lay them at your feet. Please carry them for me so that I don’t have to. Replace them with your humble and gentle yoke so that I will find rest for my soul today. I receive your gift of peace of mind and heart. Thank you that I can lie down tonight in peace and sleep. I know that you, Lord, will keep me safe. I am not afraid because you are always with me. Please keep me daily, Lord, in your perfect peace.
