None (at least none that I speak) but I knew the idiom was, “the idea is coated in something that makes it easier to swallow in a physical metaphor”, and I couldn’t remember, so I thought about what makes something easier to swallow? Coating it in grease, so it slides down the throat! So I came up with “butter-coated”.
The closest I can think in my native tongue is “to eat the camel and all it is burdened with”, which means “hook, line, and sinker” amongst other things, which is sugar-coating something so well that everyone bites.
