My back pain is as at its worst again. Please join my prayers
for some relief – if only a little for a short time.

Again, as I always ask, please don’t give me any advice on the board.

Prayer for Back Pain

Lord, I feel worn down by the pain in my back.
It makes every small thing feel like a big deal.
Please help me to manage this illness and continue
to find time to rest and treat the pain. Most of all, Lord,
please touch the area of discomfort and bring healing.
Please flood the inflammation with warmth and
bring the swelling down. Come release the muscles
that are tight and bring your restoration.

May my waking hours be restful and
my sleep be peaceful.

I ask all this in the name of Jesus,
my Savior and my friend.

Amen.

Ah, dear Lisa,

I’m so very sorry that your back is causing so much pain and discomfort for you. 😦 :hug1:

I totally “get it,” as my legs and feet are really bothering me as I type this, as I have neuropathy in them.

I’m praying for you, dear one. I understand chronic pain.

I hope and pray that you can find some relief from your pain and discomfort, and I pray that God and His Angels and Saints bring comfort and relief to you. ❤️

Apology and Thanksgiving Prayer

Praying for the relief from pain…

Lord Jesus, You have said,
“Learn from me, for I am meek and humble of heart.”
With confidence in Your loving heart
which offers rest to weary souls,
I come to You in this my time of special need.
In Your unfailing love,

Prayer for a Miracle

God of all creation, you who spoke a simple command and brought forth light from
the darkness, I ask you now to send forth your miracle-working power to heal (njlisa). You cleansed the lepers, opened the eyes of the blind and by
speaking a simple command, you empowered the crippled to rise up and walk.
You sent forth your life-giving power to all those in need, including those you raised from
the dead. I ask you to send forth your healing power into njlisa’s body and give him the strength to fight his illness. I ask this through my Lord, Jesus Christ, your Son, who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, one God, for ever and ever. Amen
