- Catholic convert of 20 years, brought up in a devout evangelical household with Mennonite and Quaker roots. Not exactly “anti Catholic” but way over on the other side of the Christian spectrum.
- My wife of 20 years (25 civil) is a remarkably complex Filipino-American. A woman of faith and beauty with just a touch of guile to make things interesting. Sort of a combination of Mother Teresa and Mata Hari. Salt of the earth with a pinch of Asian spice.
- I design, test, and sometimes (unintentionally) blow up home heating appliances. Hence the screen name “pyro_alchemist”.
- Perfect only in my love, devotion and desire for our Eucharistic Lord.
