My childhood friend is hospitalized with a mysterious illness

My mom told me yesterday that my childhood friend was hospitalized with a high fever and choking. His symptoms went away and he left, but the symptoms returned and he is back in the hospital now. He is in college now, so his siblings had to go see him there. Unfortunately, his father is also ill and may need surgery for his heart. I don’t recall my friend ever having health issues before and always seemed healthy. Nobody knows what it is yet. Pray that it is nothing serious.

speaking a simple command, you empowered the crippled to rise up and walk.
You sent forth your life-giving power to all those in need, including those you raised from
the dead. I ask you to send forth your healing power into redbetta’s friend’s body and give him the strength to fight his illness. I ask this through my Lord, Jesus Christ, your Son, who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, one God, for ever and ever. Amen
