Dear Friends,

Please pray for my extended family. They are all drama!! My grandma passed away 9 years ago, and after her passing my mom’s brothers, sister and dad have all been at odds with one another. There has been a huge divide among the siblings over my grandparents household. My grandfather is at the point where he would like to downsize him home by getting rid of some of his worldly belongings. So with that being said…my sister has decided to move her and her daughter into my grandfather’s house and my mom and her brothers and sister will divide my grandfather belongings this weekend.

I do not for see this family gathering as being a good thing. Please pray that all goes well and that all of them look into their hearts and do what is right and not let greed take over. I will not be at this gathering (thank goodness)
 
Saint Michael, the archangel, defend us in battle, be our defense against the wickedness and snares of the devil, may God rebuke him, we humbly pray. of weakness and unrest.

Teach her searching heart
to know that God’s Love
for her is unchanging and
unchangeable, and, that
true human love can only
begin and grow by touching
His Love.

Let your gentle Peace -
which this world cannot give
  • be always with her.
    And, help her to bring this
    same Peace into the lives
    of others.

Prayer for a Family Gathering

Dear Lord,
Thank you for this great family.
We honor Your presence and grace bestowed
upon us through the years.
Once again, You have allowed us to gather and celebrate the legacies
left by our fore-fathers
and the legacies we will leave for future generations.
You taught us the strength of our family is Love, Humility, Understanding, and Faith.
As we stand in reverence of You, O Lord,
We pray for Your blessings and guidance to continue our journey.
This is our family prayer as we exemplify You in all that we do.

Praying for your intentions. I pray this weekend will be calm for all involved and I pray the Lord surrounds all with strength and love to get through this time.
