It looks like the Missal that just came out, with the new translation. Why wouldn’t you be able to use it?

If it is the older translation (pre-2011), then some of the words will have changed, but there isn’t anyone stopping you from using it.

This does look like a page describing a previous edition (the most recent post I could see was from April 2011—Seven months before the current edition came out). Current editions (the 3rd Edition) using the same name are available; make sure that’s the one you get.
