Everyday at work on my morning and afternoon break I walk and say the Rosary. I usually mange to say the whole Rosary between the two breaks. Today I didn’t have the time to finish at work so as I was putting my 7 year old to bed I finished the Litany and she said it with me. She also asked if we could do that every night. I’m so overcome with Joy I can’t contain myself.

Just wanted to share that.

ps:
There are many days I pushed myself to say the Rosary and really had to concentrate to do it. I think this is the Blessed Mothers way of rewarding me.

That’s a great feeling, isn’t it? I just had a similar moment yesterday with my 5 year old. I pray the rosary each day on my way to work. Yesterday, my daughter was home sick, and she asked me to pray the rosary for her so her cough would feel better. I assured her I would. Then later I told her I had prayed the rosary and she thanked me and said that her cough was feeling better because of that. 🙂

Schweet!

That’s a beautiful moment when you realize your children want to pray! Children are so ready to be close to Christ- maybe that’s another reason why God wants us to surround ourselves with them!

That’s great!! We pray it at night as a family. The kids get upset if we don’t do it. Some night we only get to do a decade, but that’s okay we just finish the next night. It has become a wonderful time of prayer for all of us.

Thanks… you reminded me of the first time my dd asked me to pray the rosary with her… it was an awesome feeling! Enjoy it while it lasts!
