My father is with her presently. It looks like she might need a reconstructive procedure on the facial bones.

O Holy Mary, Mother of God, Queen of Heaven and earth, we humbly ask you from the depths of our heart to help us in this necessity. There are none who can withstand your power. O show us that you are our Mother.

She is fully back in action, though still taking painkillers etc; and, amazingly, it also seems that the impact to the nose even straightened her deviated septum!
