My doubt on the book of Exodus (2)

If the Israelites really crossed the Red Sea, how could they, including pregnant women, children and the aged afford to go deep and rise through such a terribly deep submarine terrain? I do not think even the fittest among them could do it easily.
 
Just taking a wild guess here, they could have crossed through the Gulf of Suez, which is relatively shallow, and leads to the Sinai Peninsula.

How could the waters have moved apart for them in the first place? It’s a miracle.

Jesus has risen from the dead. Do not be troubled by lesser miracles.
 
Amen, and the Book of Exodus has a lot of miracles. I hope we don’t have to explain each and every one!

A more helpful approach would be to read what it says about God’s love for us, his people.
 
If God could part the waters, helping the people climb down and up seems like a minor thing.
 
God is the SAME yesterday, today and forever, if He can
make DRY BONES into an army, and cure an impotent
group of frightened 120 disciples into bold evangelists
on the day of PENTECOST, He can help a group of rag-tag
fugitives across a narrow, perhaps craggy valley!!
