Please pray for me, my family and the recovery of my elderly father Carl. He had an accident at his home back on February 4th ( house fire ) and was in critical but stable condition at Temple University Hospital for over a month in ICU. He is now in a rehab doing better but still needs speech and occupational therapy. His house will need to be rebuilt and will probably need to stay with me for the time being. On top of all this my cousin died a week after the fire and my fathers medicare insurance, Aetna, has been extremely difficult to deal with. This has been a stressful to say the least for myself trying to make sure he is getting the care he needs along with my family helping out as well. Please pray that we get through all this and that the Lord will send the holy spirit upon all of us to give us comfort, peace and the strength to work through all this.

Dear Jesus, in Your name, I pray that you please help Carl to recover, please assist his family in dealing with the home repair and insurance issues, and give them all strength to cope with this situation. Thank you for saving Carl from the fire and putting him on the road to recovery. In Your name I pray also for the soul of the OP’s deceased cousin.

Eternal rest grant unto the OP’s cousin, O Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon him.
May he rest in peace.

Prayer for a Miracle

God of all creation, you who spoke a simple command and brought forth light from
the darkness, I ask you now to send forth your miracle-working power to heal (Carl). You cleansed the lepers, opened the eyes of the blind and by
speaking a simple command, you empowered the crippled to rise up and walk.
You sent forth your life-giving power to all those in need, including those you raised from
the dead. I ask you to send forth your healing power into Carl’s Mother’s body and give him the strength to fight his illness. I ask this through my Lord, Jesus Christ, your Son, who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, one God, for ever and ever. Amen

I remember you and all your intentions today, as I prayed the Rosary in front of Our Lord during my weekly hour guarding The Host at my Perpetual Adoration Chapel.

Father please bless the father that is in the ICU, may he fully recover and be be able to to walk strong in Christ. May the cousin be welcome in the kingdom of God. Please comfort the family and allow the insurance company to be fair and easy going with the family. In your name, Jesus amen!
