Do you remember a few of the questions?
Do you really believe everything the Catholic Church says? You think you need a priest to forgive you? All those guys in those Churches (Catholic/Orthodox) just get drunk they don’t really have a personal relationship with Jesus (referring to the persons father), I should know I used to go be Orthodox - you think that’s ok? Don’t you think you need to read the Bible for yourself? Those Churches are all about rules, don’t you think you need a personal relationship with Jesus? You think worshipping Mary is good? Why would you pray for a dead person, whats the point?

yes it is interesting to go to different church fellowships-- because each group is different-- in their scripture learning experience–

in 1968 i ws involved in the catholic charasmetic movement – and went thru the "life in the spirit class-- and then in 1999 30 years later – i attended it again-- and was suprised that everyone was – still the same as in 1968- and they could barly – understand praying in tongues-- –

most of the non catholic – bible studies – like calvery chaple – that teach – line upon line – i have found useful-- and also on blue letter bible – comentaries-- where u can conpare -the scrupture understanding-

now days-- with the internet-- the exposure to - scripture studies-- is amazingly easy-- and i found – that the OP – comment on mark drisco-- and that church-- very helpful

I have gone to many non catholic denominational bible studies-- as well as catholic bible studies-- and each group has a emphasis based on the scripture knowledge of there leadership-

even when I respond here – I ask the Holy Spirit is there any thing – that you want me to say ?? this is the example of a “personal relationship” with Jesus the H.S.-- when I go to prayer groups-- each – assembly has an ability to perceive-- based on their spiritual gifting,

bible commentary – is more than memorizing-- some body’s elses “commentary” but I do like going to bible study groups-- where people – will say Well the Lord showed me this or the Lord taught me that–

having a personal relationship-- spiritual with answered prayer – is more interesting- then listening to some body-- rambling on-- and trying to do a 3 point sermon – or trying to make a meaningful homlily

and once I thought that the scripture verse that “when 2 or more are gathered in my name - I am in the mist” was always true-- but I learned that – it’s kinda like-- being on the same bandwidth- or having 2 or3 bars on your antenna-- finding a religious group – is more than – people all repeating the "our father " in unision
