I just joined the forums today. And I have very interesting true stories about my families history of their ancestors. Ok my grandmother from my home town confirmed that we have two members of the droste lineage of her family which her mother is from the droste vu veischerg lineage. She revealed to me that her grandfather is the older brother of blessed Maria droste zu veischerg of Munich Germany who is entombed in Portugal and yes her body is incorrupt. And the second one in her mother’s family lineage is a cardinal who was recently beatified by the former pope Benedict xvi. Then she told me that her father’s relation which is the bogner family which my grandmother is a bogner herself. What she told me was that her cousin who is a venerable in the catholic church was born in Hungary and died as a visitation nun in the late 1930s.
Then earlier this year I had looked at my father’s ancestor lineage of the family. My father is from Durango Mexico. And I looked up his ancestry through his mother and father. It revealed to me that my 10 time grandfather is the sibling of saint Teresa of avila. And it had held a secret in the family in Spain to my father’s father. The secret was that every 5th boy through him which my dad is the 5th kid through every 5th boy cebnteries ago starting with Teresa’s brother had diabetes by age 30 or 35. And plus I’m the 5th child of my father. Now to my father’s mother. My grandmother in Durango Mexico recently passed away from bladder cancer in 2015. On blessed miguel pro of the Mexican Jesuits in Mexico feast day. And what I have found out was that my grandma in Mexico was the niece of blessed miguel pro. She witnessed her uncles martyrdom And her life was spared in that cemetery during the anti catholic rebellions in Mexico. And she was the only one in the family to help with the paper work to start his sainthood cause. And now to the final part of my families history lineage. Since my mother was adopted. I did research on her birth mother whos name is annomyous to the family and is in secret. That what i found out was that her family lineage has Mohawk ancestry since my mother’s birth mom is 1/3rd Mohawk ancestry. And through that ancestry. She is descended from saint kateri tekakwitha lineage through her mother’s brother. And it was pretty much amazing too.
