UPDATE: JULIE IS STILL ALIVE, PRAISE GOD. I AM SURE THE GRACE SHE IS RECEIVING FROM YOUR FAITHFUL PRAYERS IS WHY. RIGHT NOW, A TALENTED ORTHO DOC AT CHAPEL HILL HAS AGREED TO TAKE HER BECAUSE HE OWED A FAVOR TO THE OTHER DOC THAT WAS TAKING CARE OF HER. TIME IS TEDIOUS. NO DATE yet.
for surgery. AND WHAT HAS BEEN DONE IN THE PAST DIDN’T WORK. WOULD YOU BELIEVE SHE HAD TITANIUM PLATES AROUND HER L UPPER ARM, SCREWED IN AND ALL THE PIECES FELL OFF. ANY WAY BLOOD WORK LOOKS IMPROVED AS FAR AS INTERNAL INFECTION. SHE HAS FLUID ACCUMULATED NEAR BRAKE BUT THEY THINK ITS just serum.As soon as OR opening occurs she’ll get it. It will be culture wound after incision. Drain the fluid. Wash the area out. Line up anatomy, nerve, artery,vein and lymphatic drain. Then, line up the two pieces of bone. He’ll have to use bone cement and anything else they have. I told her to ask for a fiberglass cast. All those ops before and no cast used. This Tues. The doc will have a phone conference. He should give her the date for surrgery.

My original post:

May I ask prayers for Julie S, a mother of eight, now undergoing a long period of chemotherapy for Hodgkin’s Lymphoma. Julie told me earlier this week but I didn’t post before I am able to inform my other close friend and her friend, face to face.

In Your mercy, Lord, be with her and her husband and children throughout this ordeal.
I entrust her body and spirit, and the outcome of her treatment, into Your love.
Bless this good and faithful woman according to Your most loving mercy, Lord.

Mother Mary I ask your loving maternal intercession for Julie and her family.

And thank you for your prayers.

Thank you all who have continued to pray for Julie and her family since long ago I posted this prayer request, in June 2014.
You are very generous.

Julie is still on chemo, and has been told her time is limited as the Hodgkin’s Lymphoma remains a serious threat to her life.
She is cheerful and full of faith, and we spend special time together.
She shares her thoughts and many experiences, I think it helps her to review her life with me.
While Julie is not healed, your prayers have without doubt helped her to retain her strong faith and her cheerful disposition.
May the Lord continue to flood her, and her family, with His love and blessing

Julie is still alive. In hospital with pneumonia. Fell,again, 4 nite ago. Contused ribs. Needs Oxygen now. Her doctor broke his leg. She was going to FINALLY have surgery on July 7th, I think.
