My friend needs prayers

Please pray for my friend that needs to lose weight, but lacks the motivation and willpower needed. This weight loss is imperative due to health issues, and they are all intertwined in a vicious cycle.

Lord, give my friend and all who need to lose weight, the motivation they need to make things happen. Remind them that their body was given to them by you for care and feeding as a temple. Give them courage, inspiration and willpower to cut back, avoid or change bad eating habits and the strength to move about and exercise if even just for a little each day. Help them to remember that you are watching over them and that you hear all of their prayers. Amen.
