We,fall on our knees before your throne, in contrite humility, asking to watch over Nicky’s Dad. You know his illness. You know his needs. He is your child. Give wisdom to the doctors and nurses. Give compassion to his caregivers. By Your stripes he is healed. Let the blood and water that flows from your pierced side pour over his body and heal him with your mercy. All for the sake of your sorrowful passion have mercy on us and on the whole world

.Remember, O most gracious Virgin Mary, that never was it known that anyone who fled to thy protection, implored thy help, or sought thy intercession, was left unaided.

He did not walk the via doloroso to not win the battle over the devil and in all his minions.He did not take the lashes for illness to win its battle in our bodies.He did not suffer so horribly, so we should suffer as much as he did on His long journey to the cross. Amen.

HE WALKED THE VIA DOLOROSA TO SAVE US FROM HAVING TO WALK THE VIA DOLOROSA. SO WE WOULD BE WASHED IN HIS BLOOD, SAVED BY HIS GRACE, HEALED BY HIS STRIPES, REDEEMED BY HIS MERCY.“IT IS FINISHED” HE DID IT SO WE DON’T HAVE TO… WE WALK BY FAITH, NOT BY SIGHT.AMEN
