My friend's husband has a tumor on his optic nerve

My friend’s husband is blind in his left eye because of a tumor on the optic
nerve.
Last week they operated and removed a small piece of the tumor to biopsy.

They are waiting to see if the tumor is benign or malignant.

If it is cancer, they will do radiation.

If it is not cancer, I am not sure how they will remove the tumor and I don’t know if his eyesight will be restored in his left eye.

So, I am asking for prayers for my friend and her husband as they await results of
the biopsy and for the wisdom of his doctor as they move forward.
 
I pray that God removes the tumor and that He gives this man his eyesight in his left eye again. Amen.
 
I pray that our Heavenly Father provides healing for the man and guidance for the surgeons…

God of all creation, you who spoke a simple command and brought forth light from

the darkness, I ask you now to send forth your miracle-working power to heal (7
_Sorrows friend’s husband). You cleansed the lepers, opened the eyes of the blind and by

speaking a simple command, you empowered the crippled to rise up and walk.

You sent forth your life-giving power to all those in need, including those you raised from

the dead. I ask you to send forth your healing power into 7
_Sorrows friend’s husband’s body and give him the strength to fight his illness. I ask this through my Lord, Jesus Christ, your Son, who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, one God, for ever and ever. Amen

Lord please have compassion on this man.
Please ensure that the most effective treatment is chosen,
and that the cancer is destroyed or safely removed,
and his sight restored.

Father by your grace my the Holy Spirit heal this man and restore him fully. May this person follow your word and walk strong in Christ. In your name, Jesus amen!

Thank you all for your kind prayers. He has a doctor’s appointment next Tuesday
to remove the stitches. They had to remove a piece of his forehead to reach
the tumor on the optic nerve. So next week they will probably get the results of
the biopsy.

I will update you in case they get the results earlier.

Glorious Archangel St. Raphael, great prince of the heavenly court, you are illustrious for your gifts of wisdom and grace. You are a guide of those who journey by land or sea or air, consoler of the afflicted, and refuge of sinners. I beg you, assist me in all my needs and in all the sufferings of this life, as once you helped the young Tobias on his travels. Because you are the “medicine of God” I humbly pray you to heal the many infirmities of my soul and the ills that afflict my body. I especially ask of you the favor to heal his eye tumor, and the great grace of purity to prepare me to be the temple of the Holy Spirit. Amen.
