My friend's husband has a tumor on his optic nerve

My friend texted me they had the teleconference with the doctor today and the
doctor said he only has to have 1 more round of chemo instead of another 6
months and he can also have cataract surgery now on the left eye, so he might
be able to sightly see something with that eye. She did not say anything about the
tumor itself - whether it was smaller or larger.
 
Dear Lord,
please help 7_Sorrows’ friend and her husband through this difficult time, please keep them in good health and provide healing and comfort.

My friend texted me tonight that the oncologist’s office called and her husband can quit his chemotherapy. He was supposed to continue for another 6-7 months.
Evidently, they feel the tumor is gone or does not pose a threat any longer.

Needless to say, they are both thrilled.

She said to thank everyone who has prayed for her husband over the past 8 or
9 months. God has answered their prayers.

Her husband will need to return for a MRI every few months until the end of the
year.
