As the end of CAF, as we know it, is close, I find myself praying for all intentions, known and unknown.

Please God, hear my tears. They are for all the people I know and do not know.

And I love: “Please God, hear my tears”. I think some of our most intense prayers have been tears.
Lord give us to courage and ability to continue to encourage others, to pray for others who come to the unfamiliar new format with their needs and questions.
We’re not so sure we like this change,
but life brings many radical times of change, an the loss of freedoms (and sleep).
I told my son, who is dealing with the trauma of seeing his daughter become a fiance, almost,
yes, their leaving home, and learning to cope with that, to grow with it, with its losses, and hopefully gains,
is the second huge change in a mother’s life (a parent’s life).
The first is when we bring our babies home.
After that, we can cope with anything, till the last great radical change, in age, when we face ‘letting go’ and coping with the final challenges and losses.
Somehow Lord, we’ll cope with the losses and hopefully (?) the gains in the new CAF, sufficiently to share Your truth; and to help and pray for others where we can.

Dear God, in Jesus’ name I humbly pray for all CAF prayer intentions, those posted on the prayer forum, those posted in other parts of the forums, and those known only in the hearts of the individual posters. I pray for all those intentions I noticed and prayed for in the past, and I pray twice as hard for all those I missed or skipped because of limited time or poor motivation on my part. Dear God, who can work miracles, please tend to all these dozens of intentions expressed and unexpressed and help and bless all those who bring their hopes, fears, and wishes to you. Jesus, I trust in you. Lord have mercy. Thank you. Amen.
