Now if we can just get it to close. The mechanical inspection is being done on Saturday so hopefully I will know by Monday if the people see anything that scares them or makes them want to run. There shouldn’t be but then again who knows. Hopefully the sale will go smoothly. My luck hasn’t been great so far. 🤷:rolleyes:

St. Joseph, please intercede on behalf of Luvz2travel, that the mechanical inspection will be fine and the house will be sold as quickly as possible. I ask this also through the intercession of our Most Holy Mother, Mary.
 
Thanks again for all the prayers I really do appreciate it. I think it has helped. I still have heard back on the mechanical. Hopefully it’s nothing too expensive. I think I found a good apartment close to work. They all go fast in the area but I’ll still wait to hear back on the mechanical just to make sure they don’t head for the hills so to speak… :rolleyes::o:D
