Jeez people, lay off.

Doubt we will ever see the OP again. Trolls don’t post for 4-5 week periods.

All in all I am guessing she is sincere, just not getting a lot of good help/advice.
 
In the case of the OP, as she had given birth to a baby 9 days ago, it is may be to early to diasgosticized or speak about post partum depression.Apparently it appears after 6-8 weeks after birth. Even if it is very likely due to the extreme circunstances and her history of depression.

But I have to disagree when you write that removing the baby of a mother who made a post partum depression is the best thing to do!
  • first, post partum depression is very commom (10% of mothers)
  • then , the removing of the baby is the best way to made the situation of the mother worst, even to the point of suicide. It forbides the mother to breastfeed the baby (which is a excellent thing for her mental health too), the baby to be breastfeed, and the mother- baby bond to be made.
The best thing to do, in most PPD is to have medical care, a lot of support and not leave the mother alone.

I cannot judge the situation here, except that the mother lack completely of any support.
 
It’s obvious that we don’t have the full story. But, if the OP is truly hurting, and alone, the likelihood of postpartum escalates. Her husband, his gf, and his family don’t make the rules; obviously, some potentially harmul behavior was observed. That’s why I mentioned the postpartum.
 
Hopefully, her parents are involved. If they aren’t, there’s something really wrong here…
 
According to a post in the OPs first thread, her parents wanted her to leave him. They may have seen a problem that she hadn’t. Hopefully, they’ll step up for her, if they haven’t already.
