Is your anxiety diagnosed by a professional and if so, are you being treated for it?
If it’s a self-diagnosis, get a real diagnosis.

You could even say to your husband “I made an appointment with my doctor to get this anxiety under control” (assuming you actually made the appointment).
That might be an opening for you two to start talking.

Because we weren’t there to see how your life played out, it’s hard to give advice

I am sorry for your situation.
It is hard to offer anything over the internet without knowing your full situation, when it started, your personality types, how you both communicate and interact etc.

Could there be any chance that your husband is being unfaithful?
Or is it just a resentment that has crept in etc?

Start a new career in health care . as a care giver. Enrollment at a junior college. And in a year you will have a certification.
It will give him and you a reason to agree

OP, you never mentioned when this all started. Was he like this before you married? Did it start soon after marriage? Or did he start to get distant years into the marriage?
