Jules, I prayed for you and your husband at mass this morning. I know of your pain, and it saddened me so. My heart goes out to you both. I will keep you in my daily prayers, with faith in God’s Will, that what he brings to you in your marriage, he brings for your greater good. With strength and patience, fortitude and devotion, you will grow from this sorrow. My prayers are with you both daily. May God be with you.

Lord, have mercy! We pray Lord, that you reach out and touch the heart of Jules’ husband. Comfort him and warm his heart with your amazing grace. May your brilliant light shine upon him so that he may see your outstretched hand. In faith and trust may he reach for you Lord, and find peace in your glorious presence!

O Christ Jesus,
when all is darkness
and we feel our weakness and helplessness,
give us the sense of Your presence,
Your love, and Your strength.
Help us to have perfect trust
in Your protecting love
and strengthening power,
so that nothing may frighten or worry us,
for, living close to You,
we shall see Your hand,
Your purpose, Your will through all things.
