My job is ending

I am looking at a lay-off possibly next week.

I have some severance but please pray for me that I find a new job that is both pleasing to our Lord and that I can support my family with. I am sole income for my wife and two kids. I should be okay, but i don’t want to make any assumptions.

Wow, my DH is also sole income for me and our two kids, so I feel for you and your current situation. May our gracious Father’s will be done in your life, and may He grant you job security and supply you with all that your family needs. Amen.

You have my prayers, absolutely! There is a very good novena to Saint Jose Maria Escrivia (Founder-Opus Dei) for that. We are in the same boat and have and will continue to be praying my butt off for us both. God Bless You…and break a leg. 😉
 
O Jesus, you have walked in our shoes
and you know the pain in which we suffer.
Guide this man to the perfect job so that
he can support his family. Grant him the strength
he needs to hold up himself and his family.
Comfort him and give him peace.
