My lower back is hurting

Hi everyone. My lower back is hurting me right now. If I move a certain way, the pain becomes more intense. Thankfully it is not so bad that I must go to the emergency room or something. I should, however, see a doctor as soon as possible about this recurring back pain. Please pray for me meanwhile.
