I know this isn’t as serious as most of the requests your receive, but please pray for my mom who is converting to the Catholic faith, and who has always leaned towards agnosticism. I have fallen short in prayer. I know I’ve asked this before, and am sorry for bugging everyone about it. Thank you so much in advance and God Bless! Ben

Our Father, Who art in heaven,
Hallowed be Thy Name.
Thy Kingdom come.
Thy Will be done, on earth as it is in Heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread.
And forgive us our trespasses,
as we forgive those who trespass against us.
And lead us not into temptation,
but deliver us from evil.

Amen.

Alleluia! St. Anne, holy Mary, patrons of mothers, pray for this woman as she joins with the Son of God in the church He created!! St. Joseph and all patrons of families, pray that this family too may join with your Son in the communion of saints! Amen!!!

Use your mom’s conversion as a chance to both further her spiritual journey as well as yours! Pray together as often as possible. Try to work in a daily rosary, if you can complete a whole rosary in a week (one mystery per day) 4 times per week it will help you both learn so much about your Catholic faith, as well as solidify your beliefs. Try to also read your bible a little every day. Read as much as you can handle before your mind starts to wander. Try to understand what uou’re reading, but don’t get frustrated if you don’t get a completely clear picture. I find sometimes what I read in one of the gospels may not be 100% clear, but when I read it in one of the other apostle’s book it becomes clearer. Ask questions if you feel stumped! You are both in a great place, GOD is calling you both to him- help each other along 🙂

My prayers are with you both!

I also find it helpful to use my bible as I would any other textbook. I hilights passages that “speak to me” and reflect on them. I have a notebook that I use to write down passages that are helpful to me, as well as write down any questions I may have on stuff I have read so that I can remember to ask someone about it.

Hail Mary full of grace the Lord is with thee. Blessed art thou among women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus. Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners now and at the hour of our death. Amen.

Praise God for the beautiful conversion of your dear mom! I rejoice in this as I too am a convert and know the joy ahead for her:) I have prayed for her and you tonight.

Today’s rosary and devotion to the Infant Jesus of Prague went out to all of the petitioners here on the Catholic Answers Board. This includes you.

Peace of the Risen Lord Be Upon You!
