Please pray for the soul of my mother who passed away this morning.

I will be flying to my home country Scotland for the funeral and would like to say a prayer for her at the funeral. Can anyone suggest an appropriate prayer for a departed mother.
 
Dear LORD accept thistle’s mom into your heavenly kingdom in heaven and take care of her now on forever , Thanks dear Lord , in the name of Jesus, amen . Thistle I am so sorry for your loss . Lord be with thistle and her family as she copes with saying goodbye to her mom here on earth . Lord give her strength and courage to endure . Lord lead thistle and give her your loving arms to lean on . thanks Lord for being there for thistle and her family, in the name of Jesus, amen . Thistle I know your pain . Trust in our Lord . I am so sorry for your loss. Praying for the repose of the soul of your mother and praying for you and your family at this time.

Very sorry to read this, Thistle, and may The Lord be your consolation. I will be keeping your mother in daily prayer for the repose of her soul as well as consolation for all those who grieve her passing…

I am sorry for your lost. I would say that the Divine Mercy and Rosary are great prayers for your mother; and most of all, many more masses will be offered for her.
 
Praying for you, and all your family, for God’s love and peace in your time of loss on earth, and for your joyful reunion one day in heaven.
