Unfinished:
Just in case anyone was wondering… about an hour ago this girl and I broke up. Last weekend we spoke about her beliefs, then last night I showed her some Catholic beliefs.

Then tonight she broke up with me. I am a mess to say the least. ha.

The seeds were planted. Unless the Holy Spirit shows her the truth…someone let me know where I can find a good Catholic girl.

Thanks for all the advice and prayer guys and gals.
I am so sorry. You have been through so much, serving our country, growing in the Faith and now this…and I know how this hurts. I will keep you in my prayers. And I hope you will start a Novena to St. Therese, the Little Flower. She will help you heal and (perhaps) guide you in your vocation…perhaps your vocation of marriage?

Unfinished, it will hurt for a while…but it will be for the best. Just keep making friends and trust in prayer to the Lord. When one is very firm in their belief against Catholicism it will undoubtedly cause much more pain if the couple marries.

God bless you and lead you to the right relationship.

Peace,

Dorothy

Unfinished…it’s okay. God is with you. He’s going to guide you to the right woman for you.

My suggestion: do a novena to St. Joseph, asking him to find you a good wife. Seriously. Patron of father and families, he works wonders. Most ignore him, but he’s a great guy who knows a great girl when he sees one.

😃

But seriously. There are two novenas here (long and short). Give him a shout. ewtn.com/Devotionals/prayers/novena.htm

As for the girl: pray for her, too. Over time, it’ll make you feel better. Go sit in front of hte blessed sacrament and offer it to him. You’ll recover. We all have to go through things like this before we find the right person.
