My Presentation on a Gay Teen

Hello all!

It’s me, AJ! I hope that everyone is doing well on this fine Sunday evening.

Tomorrow I have to do a short presentation on a gay teen, and how he can escape being a gay prostitute and his older friends who are selling him for money on the streets.

I do not feel comfortable with doing this presentation, but it is 30% of my grade in this Social Work class that I am taking in school. My teacher gave me another option, but it wasn’t any better.

I have to present ways on how this young boy can escape the life of being a gay prostitute. I go to a very liberal college, and I will have to present worldly suggestions, but I am also planning on including Christian-related choices.

I would appreciate any and all prayers from you guys. Please pray that God will allow and help me to be an example of His Son.

Have him go home. Call the police. Get him put in touch with some kind of social services.

Prostitution, gay or straight, is a crime. The kid needs to get out of town and get protection (and I don’t mean condoms!). What does your link have to do with this?

Isn’t it kind of late to be starting this assignment?

The link I put doesn’t have much of anything to do with my current situation. I just thought it was at interesting article, that’s all.

I’m just about finished with my work for the presentation. I just need to do some touching up and practice presenting out loud.

What is your teacher thinking? Why should you have to give a presentation on a topic like this?

This is exactly what is wrong with education today. I would not want to do anything like this because it goes against my morals and principals.

The only advice I would give to a teenager like this would be to go home, call the police, have nothing to do with these so-called “friends”, return to his family, repent of his sinful lifestyle, and ask God for forgiveness.

I’m considering going to back to University part time. I wish we had Catholic Universities in the UK like they do in America.
