How do you know about what he is tempted by? I thought temptation was a silent thing.
First thing, for you as well maybe as for your priest, is to learn that life is much about taking responsibility for one’s own actions. In cases of moral actions, no one can lead me where I dont want to go, unless I let them.
That goes for men as well as for women.
You also don’t hear women saying: a man tempted me and let me astray. no… thats Adam’s words right after - and as a sign of - the Fall: “the woman you placed with me, she tempted me”. .
Your priest is a grown up man. You may speak friendly to him and ask him if he finds his position difficult since many women will, and have always, seen a priest as a father to whom they entrust their thoughts and sins in confession.
Are you worried about his ability to be professional… then tell him that, and he will ask your help further if he needs it. As for placing any particular woman under suspicion, you should have a good reason for that. Confidence and understanding between men and women is always a place where one must be prudent.
