Wow! You know what, somebody was recently telling me that the liturgy is very similar to what Jewish services look like for historical reasons. I thought that was really cool and it makes me want to visit a synagogue one day. I am glad you enjoyed Mass!
I grew up as a Protestant and I came from what we call a low church tradition. Low church is the opposite of Liturgical or high churches. Before I converted, I was going to a church that started with praise and worship and it was like being at a pop/rock concert. Then the rest of the service, the pastor would kind of preach like a motivational speaker, then we’d pray and go home. Once a month, they’d do a communion Sunday. It’s very laid back and informal, so my first Mass was a jarring because I was not used to the Liturgy at all.

Ok I have another question…
If I was Baptized in another Faith (I was 22 years ago, and do to me only having transportation every other Sunday to mass what do i do about RCIA classes?

Talk to a priest, usher, or anyone you think might be knowledgeable in church functions. I’m sure they can point you in the right direction. Everyone’s circumstances are different and they will try to workout a solution with you.

It’s very nice to hear that your mother doesn’t think Catholicism is a cult haha. God works in mysterious ways, maybe He brought you to the faith so that you can help evanegize to your mother!

My Mother does not believe in Christ…
I was never raised in Church, I found Christ 22 years ago

I do Daily prayer,Bible readings, and Bible studies, and am reading the Catechism that I downloaded

@GLOW

As far as your baptism. The Church recognizes that baptism as valid. Can you produce the certificate of your baptism? You will be asked for it.
As far as RCIA. You would be classified a candidate and not a catechumen. On the off weeks you don’t have transportation to Mass, can you download the Lyft or Uber app’s to your phone and use their service for rides? I don’t have a car and use Lyft to get to Mass every Sunday morning.
The Lord bless you on your journey and WELCOME HOME.
