My really reallllly stupid question about marriage

I am slightly amused when these old threads are resurrected – date of inception for this thread = Sep 9, '04 2:36 pm, and the OP last participated on Sep 14, '04, 10:31 pm – and I realize after reading the sequence of responses the significant gap in time. It is the present tense of the current posts that disregard the time lapse. But then, the Holy Spirit is independent of time and the OP in resurrecting an old thread for someone’s benefit. Maybe a PM to the OP regarding the reactivation of her old thread is in order …

My husband isn’t a sloth. He is very helpful. When my husband comes home from work he will watch the kids while I make dinner. After dinner our work day isn’t yet over. We don’t get a chance to relax until the kids are in bed. He doesn’t sloth around while I do all the work. We know we are a team and that makes things run smooth around here. He is a wonderful husband. I hope you can find someone like him!
