My sleep apnea!

Hi! I am 18 and I probably have sleep apnea. I am scheduled to see a doctor on Monday because I have noticed heart palpitations and I found out they were a symptom of sleep apnea and potentially heart problems. I have been very nervous ever since even to the point where I can’t sleep well and can’t stop thinking about it because I am afraid that I will die. I have been praying for my health because I can’t do this without god and I hope I can get through it, but it is hard when I have very bad anxiety and I would greatly appreciated it if you would pray for me and/or give me words of encouragement. Praying for your intention. Keep in mind your symptoms could just be caused by the anxiety itself. Our bodies need a steady diet of good thoughts. Worrying thoughts wear us down.

Prayer in Times of Insomnia

Please cure my apnea, Lord, for I
desperately need sleep to do my work
and to behave as a pleasant human being
as well as to act in a Christian manner.
Enable me to get a goods night’s sleep,
or at least to spend my time in prayer with You.
Through Christ Our Lord, amen.
