He just completed one degree, then the dept head of the second degree he was working on changed all the classes to night and evening, and I can’t drive at night.

Hubby has mandated that my son look for a job. We are in contact with voc rehab, and he will be receiving a job coach at no cost. We’ve also picked up an application to a battery store. My son has worked with batteries and electronics since first grade. I think he would be a good fit. He has also been discerning the priesthood off and on.

My main intention is for his college instructors to return his emails asking them to be references. I’m beginning to feel like the mom of the autistic kid who had a birthday party and the cops showed up when nobody else would.

Praying for a job for your special son on the spectrum. My brother is a man with autism and my heart goes out to all people on the spectrum. I will pray for vocational training for your son, I hope he finds something that he enjoys.
