My Uncle Tom Was Recently Diagnosed with Lung and Brain Cancer

My Uncle Tom has just been diagnosed with lung and brain cancer. Please pray for him to be healed and for The Lord to take away any pain that he is in. If you could also pray for my family as this is very hard on us all. Thank you, God bless.

Glorious wonder-worker, St. Peregrine, you answered the divine call with a ready spirit, and forsook all the comforts of a life of ease and all the empty honors of the world to dedicate yourself to God in the Order of His holy Mother.
You labored manfully for the salvation of souls. In union with Jesus crucified, you endured painful sufferings with such patience as to deserve to be healed miraculously of an incurable cancer in your leg by a touch of His divine hand.
Obtain for us the grace to answer every call of God and to fulfill His will in all the events of life. Enkindle in our hearts a consuming zeal for the salvation of all men.
Deliver Tom from the Lung/Brain Cancer that afflict his body.
Obtain for Tom, his family and friends, and all of us also a perfect resignation to the sufferings it may please God to send us, so that, imitating our crucified Savior and His sorrowful Mother, we may merit eternal glory in heaven.

God of all creation, you who spoke a simple command and brought forth light from
the darkness, I ask you now to send forth your miracle-working power to heal (Tom). You cleansed the lepers, opened the eyes of the blind and by
speaking a simple command, you empowered the crippled to rise up and walk.
You sent forth your life-giving power to all those in need, including those you raised from
the dead. I ask you to send forth your healing power into Tom’s body and give him the strength to fight his illness. I ask this through my Lord, Jesus Christ, your Son, who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, one God, for ever and ever. Amen

Dear St. Anthony, you recognized Our Lord Jesus as the Divine Healer. In your goodness and kindness, please intercede for Tom, who is suffering from cancer. If it is God’s will, may the gift of healing be granted to him. Comfort him during times of unbearable pain, and ask our Lord to grant him peace and patience in suffering. May God give him the fullness of life here on earth. Through Christ Our Lord, Amen.

Mary, health of the sick, you brought forth into our world
Jesus Christ, Our Divine Healer. In your caring goodness,
intercede for Tom, who is truly in need of miraculous
assistance. I ask this day that the gift of healing from all
forms of cancer be granted to Tom, if it is God’s Holy will.

Comfort him during times of anguish, pain, confusion, and
despair. Ask Our Gracious Savior to grant him physical health,
inner peace, and patience in suffering. May God’s healing

fulfillment here on earth, and one day the joy of eternal

A Prayer for Family Caregivers

Healer of souls and comforter of the weary, help to lighten the burden

the intercession of Our Lady of Lourdes and in the name of the Father,
the Son, and the Holy Spirit. Amen.

Heavenly father will you place your healing hands and your comforting weighs over Tom and his family as he goes through this challenging time in his life. Lord we ask that if it is your will that you will heal Tom and bring him back to full health. Lord we ask that you watch over all medical personnel that Are working with Tom that they may be alert and that their knowledge may be endless. Amen
