Lord, I pray for my friend just as your Word tells me to pray, for healing. I believe you hear this earnest prayer from my heart and that it is powerful because of your promise. I have faith in you, Lord, to heal my friend, but I also trust in the plan you have for her life.

The LORD bless you
and keep you;
the LORD make his face shine on you
and be gracious to you;
the LORD turn his face toward you
and give you peace.” Num 6:24-26

Continued prayers.
A grateful THANK YOU to everyone for their prayers, may the Lord bless and keep you always.:gopray:

Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee.
Blessed art thou among women, and blessed is
the fruit of thy womb, Jesus.
Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners,
now, and at the hour of our death. Amen.

Thank you to all for your prayers and support. My sister is on the mend, and have received great treatment and care in the hospital. She was able to sit up and get into a wheelchair this week.

We are back on good terms, and I think I must be much more careful in how I deal with her in the future, as I think it will always be a fragile connection.

So, please offer a prayer of thanksgiving, asking God to continue blessing her.

Glory be to the Father and to the Son and to the Holy Spirit,
as it was in the beginning, is now, and ever shall be,
world without end.
Amen. Alleluia.

will pray a rosary for her also.

Hail Mary,
Full of Grace,
The Lord is with thee.
Blessed art thou among women,
and blessed is the fruit
of thy womb, Jesus.
Holy Mary,
Mother of God,
pray for us sinners now,
and at the hour of death
Amen.

St. Jude, pray for us!

Thank you, that is very kind of you. I will also say a rosary in gratitude for all who have prayed for us.

Update: My sister has been accepted at the very nice nursing home/hospital for rehabilitation, so thank you and Thank God for prayers answered. Physically it seems she is on the mend, and where she is going to this week, the physiotherapy is excellent, so she should improve slowly but surely.
No real news to report on the Faith situation improving, although she does talk of God, as is more or less usual for her, but my brother tells me she is still anti-Catholic in her attitudes. She will watch stuff he gives her from the God channel etc, but would not watch a video on miracles and Lourdes her also took her. Think her issue with Catholicism runs deep, and all we can do is pray. Please keep both of them in mind. I offer these prayers in gratitude for yours:

Our Father, Who art in heaven, hallowed be Thy name
Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven
Give us this day our daily bread, and forgive us our trespasses
As we forgive those who trespass against us
And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. Amen.

Hail, Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee
Blessed art thou amongst women and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus
Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners
Now and at the hour of our death. Amen.

Glory be to the Father and to the Son and to the Holy Spirit
As it was in the beginning, is now, and ever shall be. Amen

Eternal rest grant unto them, O Lord, and may perpetual light shine upon them.
May they rest in peace. Amen.

Memorare (Prayer to Our Lady)
Remember, O most gracious Virgin Mary, that never was it known that anyone who fled to your protection, implored your help, or sought your intercession, was left unaided.
Inspired by this confidence, I fly unto you, O Virgin of virgins, my Mother. To you do I come, before you I stand, sinful and sorrowful. O Mother of the Word Incarnate, despise not my petitions, but in your mercy, hear and answer me. Amen

Will continue to pray for you and family

For Dee S’s ill sister Angela, who hates the Catholic Faith and believes that the Catholic God is out to send her to hell:

Dear Father, Dear Jesus, Dear Holy Spirit, Dear Mother Mary, Dear Saint Joseph,
and all ye angels and Saints:

Dee’s sister Angela is hospitalized in excruciating pain, and bitterly despairing of Truth.
God and all ye holy ones, appear to this woman, if that is what it takes, to bring her back to the Catholic faith. Yes, I ask you to send a heavenly personage to her hospital bed and have that person APPEAR TO HER and talk with her. What I am asking, Lord, is NOT unprecedented or unusual. Padre Pio, while in Italy, bi-located and appeared to people in hospital here in America. St. John Neumann of Philadelphia appeared to a sick little boy in the hospital as is well-documented. Angels are reported at hospital sickbeds frequently. When Bernadette was sick in bed, you, Mary, appeared to her to comfort her. When St. Paul was in Jail in Corinth, not dying, not losing his faith, YOU, JESUS, appeared to him and told him not to fear anything because you had many people in that city of Corinth. So Lord, and all ye Saints, please send a personage from heaven to appear to Angela and speak at length with her and bring her back to the Faith if that is what it takes. Lord, move heaven and earth if you have to, to restore this sick woman’s faith. Make the universe come to a full STOP if you have to, to take the time to restore this woman’s faith. Lord, it would not cost you one iota of energy or effort to do so. Please show great mercy to this woman and restore her faith, WHATEVER it takes, nothing exempted and no-holds-barred, Lord, please. And Lord, in your mercy, please heal her of her terrible physical condition and make her a great Witness to the holy faith. And please restore peace to the family.
In Jesus’s dear name,
AMEN.

Thank you all for your continued prayers, they are really appreciated. Please offer prayers also, in thanksgiving, as she has very little pain and will be on the right track for physiotherapy when she gets to the new nursing home this week.I’m not saying she has an easy road ahead, but that she is on track to better health. God willing, better spiritual health too.
HAIL HOLY QUEEN
Hail Holy Queen, Mother of Mercy
Hail, our life, our sweetness and our hope
To thee do we cry, poor banished children of Eve
To thee do we send up our sighs, mourning and weeping in this vale of tears.

Turn then O most gracious Advocate thine eyes of mercy towards us
And after this our exile, show unto us the blessed fruit of thy womb, Jesus
O clement, O Loving, O sweet Virgin Mary
Pray for us O holy Mother of God
That we may be made worthy of the promises of Christ.

Teresa Diane (Also, if you could say the Chaplet of Divine Mercy for your sister this is very powerful).:harp:
