Please pray for my sister, Angela, who has been in hospital for the last two months due to degeneration of her spine from her chronic conditions of MS and MG, relating to large dose cortisone usage. She has a resentment for the Catholic faith going back about 25 years, as a result of a ‘near death’ experience she had during an operation, where she believes God was sending her to hell. She sees God as a harsh judge/punisher and thinks the Catholic Faith is about putting people on a guilt-trip.She has concocted a religious view of her own, that is mostly a sensless mixture of eastern mysticism and partial christianity. She is constantly insulting and angry at my brother and I, and slanders us with exaggerated and imagined grave personal faults and transgressions against her, to anyone who cares to listen. She now refuses to have anything to do with me, as I continue to correct her and insisted she value truth and charity.
I’m so sorry to hear this. May God bring you and your family the necessary graces to persevere and convict.

Hail Mary, full of Grace, the Lord is with thee, blessed art thou amongst women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus. Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners now and at the hour of our death. Amen.

God grant you many blessings to you and yours!

:gopray:

Our Father who art in Heaven, hallowed be thy name.
Thy kingdom come, thy will be done on Earth as it is in Heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread.
And forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us.
And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil.
Amen.

Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee.
Blessed are you among women, and blessed is the fruit of your womb Jesus.
Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death.
Amen.

Glory Be to the Father, and to the Son, and to the Holy Spirit.
As it was in the beginning is now ever shall be world without end
Amen.

Remember, O most gracious Virgin Mary, that never was it known that anyone who fled to thy protection, implored thy help, or sought thy intercession, was left unaided.
Inspired by this confidence, I fly unto thee, O Virgin of virgins, my Mother. To thee do I come, before thee I stand, sinful and sorrowful. O Mother of the Word Incarnate, despise not my petitions, but in thy mercy, hear and answer me. Amen

:signofcross:

I offer this intention to your most sacred heart

Our Father, Who art in heaven,
Hallowed be Thy Name.
Thy Kingdom come.
Thy Will be done, on earth as it is in Heaven. Give us this day our daily bread.
And forgive us our trespasses,
as we forgive those who trespass against us.
And lead us not into temptation,
but deliver us from evil. Amen.

Eternal God, in whom mercy is endless and the treasury of compassion inexhaustible, look kindly upon us and increase Your mercy in us, that in difficult moments we might not despair nor become despondent, but with great confidence submit ourselves to Your holy will, which is Love and Mercy itself.
