It’s with a very heavy heart that I ask for everyone’s prayers for the repose of the soul of a very talented and remarkable woman… as well as a friend and fellow author.
Aimee Thurlo, who has written many books in cooperation with her husband, David Thurlo, most notably the Ella Clah and the Sister Agatha mystery series, and several romance series, passed away Friday. It was quite sudden and I’m still in shock. She had cancer that had gone undiagnosed due to numerous other health problems. When it was discovered, she only had a couple of weeks left.
She and David were married for 43 years and were partners in writing as well as life and I was privileged to know them and look up to them. Please keep them both in your prayers.
