NABRE for LOTH

Can we use the NABRE for the readings at the LOTH instead of the older NAB translation in the Breviary and it still be liturgical prayer?

I don’t know enough about the Liturgy of the Hours to actually answer your question. However, I would use the older New American Bible translation simply because the Revised Edition translation isn’t all that great. The older one better captures the Word of God, which, obviously, the Bible is. Plus (which I believe you were alluding to in your question), it is the one used officially in the United States for Mass.

Probably not. I’m basing that on the situation with the Mass. The Lectionary isn’t identical to the NAB. It’s based on the NAB.
