You can buy bulk copies straight from bellathemovie.com I know, in multiples of 28. Or else it is selling at some catholic bookshops etc. I did see it for sale at a few different catholic online shops, which I would love to support too, but it is $5-7 more there than on amazon.com.

“Well, we’re waiting!!”

Sorry, couldn’t resist.Any time you’re ready, Pat.
OK…

this is from one of my fav movies…

“HAPPY EASTER! HAPPY EASTER ANNA KOREN!”

Good luck!

Oh, Happy Easter to all who follow the Julian calendar!

Music From Another Room? I think that’s right (I loved that one also, Patchunky- hysterical & dramatic at the same time…) so here’s another…

“I’ve given the Navy 7 good years, I think I’ve served my country…”

“You don’t know the first thing about serving your country!”

Sorry, I was way, way off. The character I was thinking of was Anna Swan, & Easter was not discussed in the movie. Go figure how I came up with that, I’m losing my mind!😊 😊

Patchunky’s quote still stands.

  1. "He has blustered his way to success on the backs of the great supporting players for too long and it’s time for us to make a stand and say. ‘No. No, Burtom, Be gone!’ It is time for us to say, ‘No. boozy boy. Bye bye, Burtom. Have at the bad boy! Boozy, boozy bad boy. Greasy boy. Saggy farty boy. I poke you. I poke you. I poke you.’…something like that.
  2. “Let’s form our own party.”
“Right. Lovers of the World Unite.”
“And we won’t stretch up our arms-”
    “No, no.”
“-and we won’t clench our fist.”
    “No, no.”
“Our salute will be a kiss.”
    “Yes, a kiss. Salute.”
“I’m so happy. I’m so happy. No one can be so happy without being punished…”
Okay, someone asked for hints?

#2. is a contemporary movie that is a tribute to a comedy duo of the '30’s. The words madcap and screwball come to mind.

#4. is a vintage 30’s comedy, red & romantic.
I'm not too generous with my first hints.

Here’s one of my old favorites:

“Walk on road, hm? Walk left side, safe. Walk right side, safe. Walk middle, sooner or later … get squish just like grape.”

The lines I added in post # 348 are under false pretenses (my guess was really wrong), but the lines are out there, so I’ll add a clue just to keep things going.

“I’ve given the Navy 7 good years, I think I’ve served my country…”

“You don’t know the 1st thing about serving your country.”

Clues:
“I shouldn’t have left Sackow.” (unsure of spelling)
Based on true story.

Then what about the line I posted since your answer wasn’t correct?? Isn’t that one we should be guessing??

Just trying to tie up loose ends, folks. One more clue: The two male leads share the same first names as the comedy duo from the 30’s: “Stan and Ollie”…now I’m practically handing it to you on a platter and if you have never seen this comedy go rent it (and learn the finale dance)
And if you still don’t get it, more clues: Steve Buscemi,Lily Taylor, and Woody Allen are in it, among others, an ensemble piece.

Oh, absolutely, Patchunky. I tried to make sure people would still answer your quote when I said ‘Patchunky’s quote still stands’. It might be that nobody knows the answer. The best thing is probably to re-post the line & provide 1 or 2 clues with it. You can also post a new quote since you answered Ninotchka correctly.👍

Let me give a clue or two for my original line…

The movie won several Oscars including Best Actress…
