Where in Phantom Menace did you think it was said?

It was Phantom Menace. “Wipe them out. All of them.” That was what Darth Sidious said to the Viceroy before the battle between the droids and the Gungans.

So who said it then? In the VHS version that I have of The Phantom Menace there was no mention of that line. Perhaps you have the DVD with the extra lines in it. However I know it is said in Episode 4 by Princess Leia.

Princess Leia never said that. It was said by Darth Sidious right before the Gungun/battle droid battle. It’s not an extra line. The line is even in the Phantom Menace novelization as well.
