Burger with sautéed onions and cheddar cheese, beans, baked seasoned potato wedges.

A nice salad, chicken-noodle casserole, a fresh wheat roll, and a very good IPA…cranberry-oatmeal cookies for dessert.

Two cups of tea

Intermittent fasting everyday, that means first meal is at noon on some days or at two in the afternoon.

I get famished at noon when I eat a morning meal but when I don’t eat in the morning, I don’t have that starving feeling when noontime comes around.

General Tso chicken, jasmine rice, and a broccoli, onion and red bell pepper mix of vegetables.
The sauce was from scratch, and it was very “ authentic” tasting, but a bit too hot for my taste! 🥵
Less crushed red pepper next time! 😉

About to have dinner and plan to have stir fried snow peas, rice and grilled bratwurst.

Strawberries for dessert.

Luna and Larry’s non-dairy frozen desert which, for all practical purposes, is really no different than ice cream in taste, texture and look, except that it lacks dairy. Flavor was (naturally!) DARK CHOCOLATE.

Prior to that, I had some homemade French Fries and a lettuce salad with organic Thousand Island dressing.

For drink: bottled H20 (sorry, chemists – can’t lower the 2 on this keyboard).

A fresh, baked oatmeal cookie (by me) and a hot cup of green tea with lemon…

A semi-homemade pizza – small, thin ready made crust, jarred pizza sauce, red pepper flakes, pecorino Romano cheese, mozzarella, and the toppings were baby bella mushrooms, sweet onion, and garlic sauteed in olive oil with a little salt and pepper. Yummy!

Barb found something in the freezer…
Pan-fried walleye, homefries, zucchini au gratin, a fresh wheat roll, and a very good IPA…fresh poppyseed roll for dessert.

A thick beef stew with pearl onions, carrots and celery over mashed cauliflower. Date nut bread for dessert.
