Brussels sprout cole slaw

I am so curious as to what this is and how your wife makes this, because it sounds really good and like something I’d like to try.

Most cole slaw is made with finely sliced cabbage…she substitutes finely sliced Brussels sprouts, adds a little finely sliced red cabbage and shaved carrot for color, and combines with a dressing made of Spin Blend, yellow mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper. I like it, and I hope you do, too…
